Homemade Cheesecake Time

First time making a cheesecake!


Have you spotted my mistake??


I got one of the key ingredients slightly wrong so I ended up with a very viscous cheesecake!  If you said low fat soft cheese then you guessed correctly, full fat soft cheese is required for a reason but it just so happened that I had a low fat version in the fridge so thought I'd use that without realising it's very important it's full fat.
