Battered Cod, Rumbledethumps, Asparagus and Peas

One of the great things about Rumbledethumps (other than it's taste) is that it freezes very well - I guess you could cook it gently from frozen but I have always left it in the top of my fridge overnight and it defrosts perfectly ready for cooking the following evening.

It goes very well with battered cod and you can't go wrong with some Asparagus and Peas either!
