Cost at time of review: £1.99 Purchased From: ALDI
I had the 3 cheese version the other day so time to try the garlic and herb version to see if it's of the same quality.
The Stringless Beans were on offer at Tesco making them cheaper than the ones at ALDI on this occasion. Stringless beans are part of the same family as Runner Beans so I know I'm going to enjoy them.
As I've said previously (for me) it doesn't matter if I have some 'budget brand' Kievs like these from ALDI or more 'luxurious' ones from Waitrose, whatever filling in the centre always seeps out and these were no exception.
The Ashfields Garlic and Herb Chicken Kievs were equally as good as the three cheese one I tried the other day. Don't get me wrong, they're not in the same league as one that costs 2 or even 3 times more, but at around £1 a portion they are amazing value for money and well worth a buy.
Equally as good as the 3 cheese ones I had the other day, so once again a very strong 3 stars out of 5 so I will definitely be buying these again.
