Butchers Minted Lamb Chops With Mash and Broccoli

Sometimes you need to KISS your food (Keep It Simple Stupid) so this evening I tried the Minted Lamb Chops I got from Franks Butchers in Rothwell a try and what better way than to simply serve with mashed potatoes and some broccoli?!
