I've seen these a few times at the Company Shop when I've visited but not having heard of Moy Park before I wasn't sure if they'd be any good or not so this time I thought I'd give them a try.

20 minutes in my Tefal 9-in-1 Air Fryer was just enough time to cook some stringless beans, mushrooms and stringless beans...

It seems to have lost a bit of its shape, but I have to say compared to other brands of a similar product there was very little leakage of the Cheese and Bacon filling.

It doesn't look particularly appetising at this stage but once it was plated up with the garlic butter mushrooms, asparagus and stringless beans it started to look a bit more palatable.

On cutting open the Kiev there was a surprising amount of tasty filling.

It was a lot tastier than it looks!  Not amazingly delicious from a 'proper' Kiev made by taking a whole chicken breast etc. but very acceptable for the price.

Overall I would say this is on par with the ALDI Roosters Kievs I've tried so a very reasonable 3 stars is awarded to the Moy Park Kievs

Rotisserie Roast Pork and Crackling

You can't beat a bit of crackling when you get home from work!  That's exactly what I had today - rotisserie roast pork with mashed potatoes and stringless beans.

All I had to do was stick it in my rotisserie air fryer, press the roast button and 60 minutes later a lovely roast pork with crackling!

It's about halfway done in this photo and when there was around 15 minutes left to go I stopped it rotating had the rind facing upwards to crisp up for perfect crackling.

Needless to say I took a small slice just for testing... and it was delicious!

Stringless beans (or runner beans if you can get them) are easy to prepare and quick to cook and the mashed potato was prepared in advanced and quickly heated up on the hob.

Company Shop - Bargain Steaks

Heinz Baked Beans (that might have sausages in them) 60p a tin, half-price Waitrose Bacon, 6 pack of crisps 50p, half-price Ocado chicken legs, Sour Cherry (freeze at home) Slushies 50p for 2, 20p Asparagus portions X2 and last but not least 3 juicy large rump steaks for just £1 each!!

As a public sector worker, when it comes to a food shop, every little really does help and if it wasn't for the Company Shop I certainly couldn't afford one of these large juicy steaks (let alone 3 of them)!  All portioned out and bunged in the freezer for future meals.
