Portions: 1-X (where X is the number of people you are cooking for, simply use more carrots/parsnips as necessary).
Ingredients
- Parsnips and/or carrots
- Air Fryer Oil Spray (or just some vegetable oil if you don't have a spray)
- Garlic Granules + Thyme + Rosemary OR Garlic Granules + Paprika
Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Chopping Board
- Knife
- Bowl
Instructions
- Slice up the carrots and/or parsnips in to similarly sized pieces (so they all cook the same)
- Place in a bowl and spray lightly coat with the oil

- Sprinkle on 1 of the following:
- Garlic Granules + Thyme + Rosemary
- Garlic Granules + Paprika
- Air Fry on 180° for 20-25 minutes shake halfway through
