Air Fryer Parsnips and Carrots


Portions: 1-X (where X is the number of people you are cooking for, simply use more carrots/parsnips as necessary).


Ingredients

  • Parsnips and/or carrots
  • Air Fryer Oil Spray (or just some vegetable oil if you don't have a spray)
  • Garlic Granules + Thyme + Rosemary OR Garlic Granules + Paprika


Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Bowl

Instructions

  1. Slice up the carrots and/or parsnips in to similarly sized pieces (so they all cook the same)
  2. Place in a bowl and spray lightly coat with the oil
  3. Sprinkle on 1 of the following:
    1. Garlic Granules + Thyme + Rosemary
    2. Garlic Granules + Paprika
  4. Air Fry on 180° for 20-25 minutes shake halfway through

Served on the side of any/most meals.
