If you've never made your own flatbread wraps then you haven't lived and the best part is they are ever so simple to make and oh so easy to cook. Oh and they taste amazing!
Portions: 2

- Pinch of salt*
- Oil Spray (to cook the flatbreads in)
* If you don't have any self-raising flour then plain flour with 1 tsp of baking powder can be used instead
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Frying Pan
Instructions
- Add the flour, salt and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and stir until if forms a dough
- Sprinkle a little flour on your work surface and kneed to dough until nice and smooth (add a little flour if too sticky)

- Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes
- Split the dough in to two
- Roll out the dough so it fits in to your frying pan

- Put your frying pan on a medium-high heat

- Add the rolled out dough (one at a time) to the frying pan and cook until golden brown on each side (approx 2-3 minutes on each side should do the trick)

Serving Suggestion(s)
Serve with a filling of your choice! Chicken Mayonnaise is a favourite of mine and they are great with homemade doner kebabs too!
