'Tis the season to be jolly and on a chilly night there can be nothing better to warm your cockles than a bag of roast chestnuts! So easy to make/cook, delicious, healthy and warming.

Ingredients
- 1/2 bag of chestnuts (as many as you want really)
Equipment
- Sharp knife
- Tea Towel
- Paper Bag (optional)
Instructions
- Carefully score a large X on each chestnut

- Place in the air fryer and bake at 190°C for 8-15 minutes*

- Shake every now and again
- If you have one, place them in a small paper bag (for that authentic touch)

- Wrap the roast chestnuts in a tea towel for 5-10 minutes

- Peal and enjoy!
*the time varies depending on the size of the chestnuts - the ones I used are quite small so took just 9 minutes to cook but larger ones can take longer.
