Burgers - yum! Homemade Gravy - yum! Easy to cook (and quick too) - great!

Ingredients
- 500g Minced Beef
- 400ml Beef Stock
- Mushrooms
- 3 Large Onions (1 for burgers, 2 for gravy)
- Salt Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 medium egg (whisked)
- Olive Oil
- Thickener (to make the gravy) - either a slurry of cornflour and water or gravy granules are best for this

Instructions
- In a bowl add the mince, 1 finely chopped onion, salt + pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, some breadcrumbs and the egg and give it a good mix
- Make the burgers from the meat mixture and set to one side
- Saute the burgers in a little oil for 1 minute or so on each side and then set to one side
- In the same pot, saute the onions
- When nice and soft, add the mushrooms and continue to saute
- When the mushrooms are cooked add the beef stock
- Place a wire rack in your pressure cooker and put the burgers on it
- Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes
- Quick Release the steam
- Remove the burgers, wrap in tin foil and set to one side
- Heat up the liquid in the pressure cooker and thicken with whatever thickener you like to use - I like Bisto Gravy Granules
- When the gravy is at your preferred consistency add the burgers back to the pot
- Continue to heat for 3 or 4 minutes and ensure the burgers are covered/submerged in the onion/mushroom gravy
- Serve and enjoy!
