Ingredients
- 1.5 TSP Chilli Flakes
- 1 TSP Cumin
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1/2 TSP Oregano
- 1/4 CUP Warm Water
Instructions
- Put all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix together
- Mix in the Warm Water
For me 1kg of minced beef is too much to eat in one sitting so unless you are batch cooking a load to put in the freezer, put the dry mix ingredients in a small sealable jar and use accordingly - i.e. if your cooking 500g of mince for your taco's then use half the mix or for 250g use a quarter of it and then add the warm water when required (just use less etc).
