Quick Recipe Easy Stir Fry Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of cooked Egg Noodles
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 dozen sliced onions
  • Stir Fry Sauce
  • Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Chicken Breast (sliced in to bitesize pieces)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Groundnut Oil
  • MSG if you like it!


Equipment

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Wok

Instructions

  1. Add some groundnut oil to your wok and put on a very hight heat



  2. Add the chicken and keep it moving around the wok



  3. Bung in the sliced onion and keep stirring!



  4. Add the mushrooms and continue to stir...



  5. When the mushrooms have started to soften, add a little bit of your Stir Fry Sauce and yes you've got it - keep on stirring!



  6. Add a sprinkling of MSG for that added flavour boost and then add the pre-cooked egg noodles



  7. Add the rest of the sauce and keep on stirring!

     

  8. When the noodles are nice and hot add some vegetables of your choosing - I had a bag of microwave in the bag veg which is basically frozen cooked vegetables so I just added a bag of those containing peas, broccoli and sliced green beans



  9. Keep on stirring until it's piping hot



  10. Have a sneaky taste and add extra soy sauce if it needs a little boost
  11. Serve and enjoy!
