Any kind of stir fry is quick and simple to make, you just need to do your Mise en Place and get all all the ingredients prepared and ready to go in your wok/pan and then all you have to do is add them in the right order and keep on stirring!

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts sliced in to slithers
- Groundnut Oil
- 2 small thinly sliced onions
- 1 bag of beansprouts
- 2 small carrots sliced in to slithers (a potato peeler comes in handy for this)
- 120ml water
- A pinch of sugar
- A pinch of White Pepper
- 4 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Equipment
- Wok (or large saucepan)
- Chopping Board
- Sharp Knife
Instructions
- Put a small amount of Groundnut Oil in your wok/pan on a medium/high heat and fry the chicken for 2 minutes or so.
- Add the Onion and stir-fry for a further minute
- Add the beansprouts, carrots, pinch of salt and water and then bring to the boil
- When it has started to boil add the spring onions, soy sauce and white pepper and give it a good mix
- Slowly add the cornflour slurry whilst giving it a good stir
- Serve and enjoy!
