Red Copper 5 Minute Chef - Cheesy Oniony Potatoes

It might not look very appetising but this is comfort food at its best!  I simply chopped up a small onion, smashed up the leftover boiled potatoes and mixed in the onions and the cheese.  Placed in the Red Copper Chef for around 8-10 minutes per side so you get a nice and crispy slight crust on the outside!

Best served with a dollop of Tomato Ketchup.

Red Copper 5 Minute Chef - Pizza!

The 5 minute chef refers to the amount of time it takes to make a delicious omelette in this thing but that doesn't mean that's all it can cook!

I made a small amount of pizza dough that was just enough to fit in to the 5 minute chef and then applied some tomato and herb sauce topping it off with some cheese and pepperoni!

Clams With Garlic, Tomatoes and White Wine

I picked this up from Iceland today:

You cook it from frozen by simply emptying it in to a frying pan and heating up - I used a saucepan lid to quicken the process and prevent it from spitting all over the place.

Sorry but I don't have a photo of it on my plate as it smelt so delicious I devoured it very quickly and I was right, it was delicious!

I think this would go very well with some spaghetti so I think that's what I'll do next time...
