I wonder if in the past I've been telling the servers in the restaurants I have dined in hidden/secret messages I was unaware of?!
I know about putting your knife and fork together in the middle of the plate indicates you have finished but I never knew (until now) about indicating you are ready for the next dish or had bad service, you live and learn I guess!!
