Tangy and refreshing, this quick and easy to make Lemon and Yoghurt Sauce/Dip goes extremely well on a Kebab.

Ingredients
- 125g Greek Yoghurt
- 1/8 tsp Garlic
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and then set aside for 20 minutes for the flavours to infuse
- Check the consistency and add a little more of the Olive Oil if it's too thick
Serving Suggestion(s)
I suppose you could serve it with bread sticks as a dip but personally I think it goes very well with a homemade kebab and such like.
