Lemon and Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

Tangy and refreshing, this quick and easy to make Lemon and Yoghurt Sauce/Dip goes extremely well on a Kebab.



Portions: 1-2


Ingredients

  • 125g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Mise en Place

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and then set aside for 20 minutes for the flavours to infuse
  2. Check the consistency and add a little more of the Olive Oil if it's too thick

Serving Suggestion(s)

I suppose you could serve it with bread sticks as a dip but personally I think it goes very well with a homemade kebab and such like.
