Portions: Depends on how much Pork Rinds you buy!
Ingredients
- Pork Rinds
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Water
Equipment
- Ninja Foodi Mult-Cooker
- Bowl
Instructions
- Soften the Pork Rinds by Pressure Cooking them for 5 minutes in some water
- Remove the Pork Rinds from the Ninja Foodi and pat dry
- Slice up softened Pork Rinds in to 2cm x 2cm pieces
- Place in a bowl and drizzle over a little Olive Oil
- Sprinkle with a generous amount of Salt
- Give the Pork Rinds a good mix ensuring each piece gets oiled and salted
- Place in the Ninja Foodi and Air Fry at 180° for 20 minutes and STIR EVERY 5 MINUTES
- Increase the Temperature to 210° and Air Fry for another 10 minutes and Stir Halfway Through
- Ensure they are nice and crispy (if not, Air Fry for a further 5 minutes and repeat step 9)
- Place on some kitchen roll
- Wait for them to cool and ENJOY!
