Ingredients
- ½ tbsp Oil (Groundnut or Vegetable)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Cup Water
- Dash of Light Soy Sauce (for flavour)
- Dash of Dark Soy Sauce (for colour)
- Cornflour (mix with water to make a slurry)
Top Tip - instead of water, for that extra boost you could use Chicken Stock..

- Pan/Wok
Instructions
- Add the oil to a hot pan/wok
- Add the garlic and give it a good stir for a minute or two
- Add the water and continue to stir
- Add the Dark and Light Soy Sauce - keep stirring!
- Thicken with cornflour/water slurry
- Serve and Enjoy!

Great on it's own or serve with egg fried rice and/or Chinese style gravy (chicken gravy with a touch of light soy sauce)!
