I was in my local butchers the other day and noticed he had some homemade Faggots in the chiller so I just had to snap them up! Made from Pork, breadcrumbs and offal these are basically a light meatloaf kind of thing that taste absolutely delicious and are traditionally cooked in an onion gravy and served with a side of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 Faggots made by your butcher
- Onions
- Gravy Granules
Equipment
- Baking Tray with high sides
- Chopping Board
- Knife
- Frying Pan
- Whisk
Mise en Place

Instructions
- Chop your onions and saute in some butter until nice and soft
- Make some gravy with your gravy granules and pour in to the frying pan and mix the onions in
- Place the Faggots in to the high sided baking tray
- Pour in the Onion Gravy mix
- Roast at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until piping hot!

Serve with mashed potatoes and veg!
