Morphy Richards Vacuum Sealer Review

Things tend to come in pairs so if you live on your own then you either can eat the same meal twice or put it in the freezer!  Freezer burn can be a problem, especially if you don't fancy the same meal each week so it stays in your freezer for a while meaning freezer burn is more likely.

That's where a Vacuum Sealer comes in to play!

The reason I chose the Morphy Richards Vacuum Sealer was not only does it come with a 3 year warranty (subject to you remembering to register the device on their website) but it has a built in holder for a roll of bags you can make to a custom size thus helping to reduce plastic waste (and so I don't have to keep remembering where I have left the roll of do-it-yourself bags)!

To get you started you do get a few pre-made bags but for me, having a roll you can make custom size bags is better (and cheaper)!

The other advantage the Morphy Richards Vacuum Sealer is that there is a build-in cutter - all you do is pull out the required amount and then move the cutter across to get a perfectly straight edge on the custom sized bag.

Then all you need to do is put one end in to the machine and press Seal only...

You then have a bag you can place your food in to ready to be vacuum sealed.

No more freezer burn for me and as the bags are clear I can easily see what is in them all - as you can see I have printed out some labels on my Dymo label printer anyway just to make it easier.

Simple, quick and easy to use and a 3yr warranty to boot - a very well earnt 5 stars.
